PURPOSE: To obtain a molded article of a biodegradable resin having high permanence in use, biodegradability after use and high convenience, comprising a layer of a resin having biodegradability and a layer for coating the resin layer, composed of an optically decomposable resin containing an antimicrobial agent.

CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable resin (e.g. polyhydroxybutyric acid- polyhydroxyvaleric acid copolymer) is molded into a laminar state, a film of an optically decomposable resin (e.g. ethylene-carbon monoxide copolymer) containing an antimicrobial agent (e.g. silver ion having hydroxyapatite as a carrier) is stuck fast to the molded article and the biodegradable resin in the interior is protected to give the objective molded article of the biodegradable resin which has the biodegradable resin layer and the optically decomposable resin layer containing the antimicrobial agent, coating the biodegradable resin layer, has high permanence in use and is capable of arbitrarily causing biodegradability in use.
