Abstract:

To provide a molded article molded by high temperature pressurized gas molding and a method for producing the molded article by high temperature pressurized gas molding achieving the stable feed of a molded article having excellent corrosion resistance and high strength at high productivity.

An aluminum alloy sheet obtained by adding Mn to an Al-Mg based alloy is, in a state where crystal grain sizes before molding is regulated to 20 m and the area ratio of cavitation at an elongation of 100% in a tensile test is regulated to 1.5%, is heated at 300 to 450C and is molded under the pressure of 1 to 4 MPa for 3 min, thus working strain introduced at a high speed is accumulated, and spot recrystallization occurs. In this way, a molded article having extremely fine crystal grains with the crystal grain size of 10 m can be obtained.
