Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the surface properties, particularly adhesive properties, by treating a molded article of a wholly arom. polyamide with an oxazoline compd. CONSTITUTION:A wholly arom. polyamide is molded into an article such as fiber, film, or particles by extrusion, etc. The molded article is brought into contact with an oxazoline compd. which is a substance comprising a backbone of a general org. compd., oligomer, or polymer and having at least one oxazoline group, pref. 2-oxazoline group, at the molecular terminal or in the side chain, thus treating the molded article with the oxazoline compd.
