Abstract:
To provide a molded coil and a reactor capable of suppressing the generation of burrs even when an upper cover abutting on a lower mold is provided.SOLUTION: A molded coil formed by molding a coil with a molding resin includes an upper cover 31 provided on the upper surface of a coil 2. The upper cover 31 includes an upper surface covering portion 311 that covers the upper surface of the coil 2, a lower mold contact portion 312 that contacts the lower mold during molding, and a flexible portion 313 made of an elastic member connecting the upper surface covering portion 311 and the lower mold contact portion 312. The flexible portion 313 bends when the upper mold is pressed against the bottom surface of the coil 2 during molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
