Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel which can be manufactured in one process with a compression skin construction fiber panel increasing the surface area usable for the contact face of adhesive between layer panels, and has a second skin covering the essential part of an inner opening lattice.
SOLUTION: A compression skin construction fiber panel 18 provided with an inner opening cell lattice 22, a skin 20, and flanges 24 formed out of fiber, the manufacturing method, and the manufacturing device are indicated. A porous carrier 10 on which a plurality of elastomer pads 12 of fixed size and shape are spacedly arranged at regular intervals, is used. Because the pad is designed and constructed so that piled fiber positioned on the lower part of the compressed pad is tightly pressed, the panel is provided with an integratedly formed flange 24 covering at least one part of the surface of each cell of the lattice 22, on the opposite side face of the integratedly formed skin 20 of flat or curved face.
