Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the molded-form ejecting mechanism of an injection molding die for a rubber, by which a rubber raw material is difficult to enter an ejector-pin inserting hole and the strength of an ejector pin is not made insufficient even when a molded form is small-sized.

CONSTITUTION: In the molded-form ejection mechanism of an injection molding die for a rubber ejecting a molded form by the tip of an ejector pin in such a manner that the ejector pin 40 is inserted into an ejector-pin inserting hole 38, one end of which is opened toward a cavity 36, in a forward-retreating-able manner, the ejector pin 40 is moved forward when the molded form is mold- released and the pin of the ejector pin 40 is ejected from the ejector-pin inserting hole 38 to the cavity 36 side, an annular groove 46 is formed to the side-face outer circumference of the cavity-side tip of the ejector pin 40.
