Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the through hole of a bracket so that the hole can be safely used by communicating the inside and outside of the bracket with each other through a bracket fitting groove and recessed section for ventilation and forming a gap between the inner periphery of the groove and outer periphery side of the bracket.
CONSTITUTION: A frame 3 is formed to the stator of a toroidal winding 2 by molding a premix in a doughnut-like shape. An annular groove 8 for putting a bracket 7 is formed on the inside diameter-side end face of the frame 3 and a recessed section which is communicated with the inside diameter side of the frame 3 is formed at part of the groove 8. Then the bracket 7 is put in the groove 8 so that the bracket 7 can cover the recessed section 9 and a gap 10 is formed between the outer periphery of the bracket 7 and the outside diameter-side inner peripheral surface of the groove 8 so that the section 9 can be communicated with the outside through part of the groove 8. Therefore, even when this molded motor is used in a dusty environment, etc., foreign matters do not directly enter the inside of the motor.
