Abstract:
To provide a method for attaching an article to be attached on a window surface, which enables a treatment in a window sash and attachment of articles around a window without damaging a ceiling or wall surface.
The sash is constituted by integrating a sash upper frame 2 and a multi-functional rail 1 and building a movable hook and a fixed hook in a rail part.
