Abstract:
To effectively recycle the raw material of a large quantity of discarded plastic magnetic cards (waste prepaid cards) like prepaid cards without destructing environments.
In this method for manufacturing a resin molding material, first, the plastic magnetic card (2) such as waste prepaid card or a commutation ticket is cut to the form of flake, and the flakes of the magnetic card (2) are mixed with a pelletized resin molding material (3). Further, this plastic mixture (2 and 3) is charged into a molding machine (4), melted and molded into a molded object (1) with a marble-patterned magnetic substance of the plastic magnetic card (2).
