Abstract:
To provide a production method of a molded article capable of producing a molded article in which getting blunt of an edge part of an irregularity can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A production method of a molded article comprises: a preparing step (S10) for preparing a molding sheet which comprises a base material and a thermal expansion layer including a binder and a thermal expansion material and being laminated on a first principal plane of the base material; an application step (S20) for applying in a prescribed pattern, an ink including an uncured resin which is cured by radiation of a first wave and a thermal conversion material for converting a second wave into heat, on a second principal plane on an opposite side of the first principal plane of the base material or on the thermal expansion layer; a first radiation step (S30) for radiating the first wave to a molding sheet to which the ink was applied, for forming a thermal conversion layer including the thermal conversion material and the cured resin, and crosslinking a binder included in a second region other than a first region corresponding to the prescribed pattern of the thermal expansion layer; and a second radiation step (S40) for radiating the second wave to the molding sheet on which the thermal expansion layer was formed, for expanding the first region of the thermal expansion layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
