Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded plastic gear having high accuracy and rigidity.
SOLUTION: Material-removed webs 4 are formed at thinned inside of a tooth bottom portion 3a of a molded plastic gear 1, and a circumference-shaped rim 5 is formed on the web provided inside the tooth bottom portion and apart at an interval therefrom. The thickness T1 of the web on the inner side of the rim, in which gates 9 for resin molding are disposed, is set to be thicker than the thickness T2 of the web on the outer side of the rim and, further, the thickness T2 of the web on the outer side of the rim is set to be thicker than the thickness T5 of the rim.
