Abstract:
To provide a molded component having high strength and high characteristics in a three-point bending test, a structural member using the molded component, and a manufacturing method capable of easily manufacturing the molded component with excellent moldability.SOLUTION: A long molded product including: a vertical wall part formed of a metal plate; a protruding part; and a top plate part neighboring the vertical wall part through the protruding part. The protruding part comprises: a superimposed part in which a section of the metal plate extending from the top plate part and a section of the metal plate extending from the vertical wall part superimpose each other; a sandwiching part sandwiched between the metal plates forming the superimposed part; and a tip part in which the metal plate forming the superimposed part is bent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
