The molding apparatus for waste plastic has the annular die 1 and the pushing roller 3, and next compression passages 14 and 14 are partitioned by a partition wall 12. In the molding apparatus, an upward slope edge 12a is formed on the inner peripheral side end edge of the partition wall, the under side projecting toward the inner direction of the annular die. A downward sloping surface 3a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the pushing roller, the upper side projecting in the outer peripheral direction so as to face the upward slope edge of the partition wall.
