Abstract:
To provide a molding device, a molding method, and a metal pipe which can easily weld a flange part to other member while pressurizing the flange part.SOLUTION: A molding device 10 includes a hardness reduction part 110 for making hardness of flange parts 100b and 100c lower than that of a pipe part 100a. Thereby, the hardness of the flange parts 100b and 100c can be reduced by the hardness reduction part 110 without reducing the hardness of the pipe part 100a. Accordingly, the flange parts 100b and 100c can be set to be a state of being easily welded while being pressurized while securing strength of the pipe part 100a requiring strength. Thus, when being welded to other member while being pressurized, the flange parts 100b and 100c can be easily welded thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
