Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device for a transmission belt to remarkably shorten a belt processing time for a series of mounting of a belt, a polishing work, and take-out.
SOLUTION: A molding device for a transmission belt to take out a processed belt and contain it in a given place after the side of the belt is polished comprises a rotary body revolving on a vertical surface in a given angle arc at a time centering around a rotary axis; a belt arranging part 20 to move a belt group suspended from the hanger 21 of the rotary body; a feeding mechanism 30 to effect parallel movement of the belt group arranged at the belt arranging part 20; a conveying part 40 to nip up the belt arranged in a belt waiting place 25 and move it in a multiaxial direction; a pair of running parts 50a (, 50b) run by running the belt around a drive pulley 51 and a driven pulley 52; a running part revolving means 70 to alternately reciprocate a pair of belt running parts 50a (, 50b) between a belt removing position 6 and a belt processing position 5; a belt processing part 80 to polish the side of the belt; and a belt containing part 90 to collect the processed belts.
