Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device capable of improving quality of a mold.SOLUTION: A control part 70 controls an inert gas supply part 90 so that a surface of a metal pipe material 14 held by an inside space of a blow molding metal mold 13 by a pipe holding mechanism 30, becomes a state of being exposed to inert gas, when heating the metal pipe material 14 by at least a heating mechanism 50. Since the surface of the metal pipe material 14 becomes the state of being exposed to the inert gas in the inside space of the blow molding metal mold 13, when heating mechanism 50 executes heating, the surface of the metal pipe material 14 can be restrained from being oxidized. Thus, blow molding can be executed by restraining generation of an oxide layer of the surface of the metal pipe material 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
