Abstract:
To provide a molding device capable of improving uniformity of a molded article.SOLUTION: A molding device 10 includes: a blow mechanism 60 which supplies gas into a heated metal pipe material 14 and expands the metal pipe material; a pair of dies 13 having a sub-cavity part MC which molds a pipe part 80a of a metal pipe 80 by contacting the expanded metal pipe material 14 and a second cavity part SC which molds a flange part 80b by crushing a part 14b of the expanded metal pipe material 14; and a heater 20 which heats the second cavity part SC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
