Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device which inhibits wear of an insulation material.SOLUTION: A molding device 10 expands a metal pipe material 14 between a pair of metal molds 11, 12 to mold a metal pipe and includes: electrodes 17, 18 for heating the metal pipe material 14 sandwiched by the metal molds 11, 12; an insulation material 101 disposed between a movable side metal mold 12 and the electrodes 17, 18; and a slide material 102 which is disposed between the movable side metal mold 12 and the insulation material 101 and contacts with the movable side metal mold 12 and the insulation material 101. In the molding device 10, the slide material 102 is disposed between the metal mold 12 and the insulation material 101 and the metal mold 12 and the insulation material 101 do not contact with each other when the metal mold 12 is moved by a drive mechanism 80. Thus, wear of the insulation material 101 is inhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
