Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device which inhibits excessive increase of a pressure of a gas in a metal pipe material.SOLUTION: A molding device 10 includes: a blow mechanism 60 which supplies a gas to a metal pipe material 14 to expand the metal pipe material 14; a slide 82 and a metal mold mount 84 to which a blow molding metal mold 13 configured to contact with the expanded metal pipe material 14 and thereby mold a metal pipe 80 is attached; an exhaust mechanism 90 which exhausts the gas from the metal pipe material 14; and a supply side pressure sensor 91 and an exhaust side pressure sensor 92 which detect pressures of the gas. The blow mechanism 60 includes: a gas compression part 61 which compresses the gas; and a molding supply line L2 which transfers the gas compressed by the gas compression part 61 to the metal pipe material 14. The exhaust mechanism 90 includes an exhaust line L3 which transfers the exhaust gas. The supply side pressure sensor 91 is provided at the molding supply line L2, and the exhaust side pressure sensor 92 is provided at the exhaust line L3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
