Abstract:
PURPOSE: To strongly connect a nonwoven fabric sheet made of a synthetic resin fiber and a frame member made of a synthetic resin and to properly alter and set the values of the thickness and texture of the nonwoven fabric being a fluid permeable material.
CONSTITUTION: The peripheral end edge part of a main body base member obtained by molding a nonwoven fabric sheet made of a synthetic resin fiber into a definite shape is used as an insert material and a frame member 3 made of a synthetic resin is formed by injection molding in such a state that the resin material thereof penetrates into the texture of the nonwoven fabric sheet and the main body main member is streched and deformed by a heated male mold to form a main body 2 having a bottomed cylinder shape and the main body 2 and the frame member 3 are strongly and stably connected. The thickness and texture of the main body 2 are set to proper values to develop proper fluid permeability.
