Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming method being a manufacturing method of a molding having a stretch flange which is suppressed in the thinning of a plate thickness caused by an influence of compression deformation, being a molding which can be molded by one process without changing a design shape of the flange, and has the stretch flange without the necessity for depending on a punching condition.SOLUTION: An integrally-molded molding comprises a stretch flange which is formed on a flat plate along a recessed curved line viewed from the inside of the flat plate, and has a salient part which is salient to the outside of a face of the flat plate on the flat plate, thus alleviating compression deformation, and suppressing the thinning of a plate thickness of an end of the stretch flange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
