PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of void on the surface of a laminated layer, by a method wherein the necessary amount of liquid polyurethane material is poured into a shaping recess, then, a shaping projection is forced into the liquid polyurethane material to extend the liquid polyurethane material between the shaping recess and the shaping projection and solidify it.

CONSTITUTION: Non-expandable liquid PUR material M, whose amount is sufficient for forming a soft skin layer 1, is poured into the shaping recess 11 of a female mold 12, thereafter, a shaping projection 15 is forced into the material M and the molds are closed. The liquid PUR material M is extended between the shaping recess 11 and projection 15 and is solidified whereby the soft skin layer 1 is formed. The liquid PUR material M is extended forcibly, therefore, non-filled part will never be generated between the shaping recess and projection 11, 15. Soft expandable liquid PUR material is poured into the inside of the soft skin layer 1 as a second shaping recess 11A, thereafter, a second shaping projection 15A is forced thereinto to extend and solidify it whereby a soft foamed layer 3 is formed. A soft foamed layer 5 may be formed in the same manner.
