Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mold a disc base sheet without generating warpage.
CONSTITUTION: A molten resin is filled in a cavity formed between a fixed mold 12 and a movable mold 11 under a closed condition where the movable mold 11 is brought into tight contact with the fixed mold 12 and the molten resin is cooled and solidified. When the molten resin is solidified and a disc base sheet 20 is formed, an open state where the movable mold 11 is apart from the fixed mold 12 is brought about and the disc base sheet 20 is taken out from the movable mold 11 under a condition where the surrounding of the disc base sheet 20 is heated by a heater 17.
