Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a molding machine by simplifying a press molding process and improving an operating efficiency by a method wherein an outer layer body tank for dropping body becoming an outer layer only in a retreat process is fitted to a front end of a base material filling frame for dropping the body to be made a base material by forward and backward moving on a frame of a press.
SOLUTION: A specific amount of a base material body (a) is casted into a base material filling frame 22 from a hopper 24 at a shrinkage retreat position of a piston rod 60, and simultaneously a small amount of the outer layer body (b) is cast into a tank main body 31 of an outer layer body tank 3 from another hopper 65. When the inside of a cavity (c) is filled by dropping the base material body (a) from the base material filling frame 22 sliding on a frame 11 by outward expansion of the piston rod 60, the piston rod 60 is shrunk, the retreating base material filling frame 22 scrapes a surface of the body (a) in the cavity, the surface of the body (a) is made flush with an upper surface of the frame 11, the outer layer body (b) in a dent of a shaft is dropped in a stripe manner on the outer layer body (a), which is smoothed with a smoothing tool. Thereby, a molding process is simplified, an efficiency is improved, and the molding machine for two-layer tile can be simplified.
