Abstract:
To provide a molding machine capable of increasing the sleeve packing ratio of a molten metal while reducing the force applied to a molten metal feed tube upon injection.SOLUTION: A die cast machine 1 comprises a holding furnace 29, a sleeve 21, a plunger 23, and a communication tube 31. The holding furnace 29 holds a molten metal. The sleeve 21 is located at an outer part of the holding furnace 29 and is communicated with the inside of a mold 101. The plunger 23 slides the inside of the sleeve 21. In the communication tube 31, one end side (mouthpiece 35) is communicated with the inside of the sleeve 21, and the other end side (molten metal feed tube 33) is inserted into the holding furnace 29. In the communication tube 31 (mouthpiece 35) and the sleeve 21, the relative displacement is prohibited by at least either contact or fixation. The communication tube 31 (molten metal feed tube 33) and the holding furnace 29 are non-contact via a gap G between them, and their relative displacement is allowed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
