Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding having a weldline split in a non-adjoining state by controlling the joining of molten resin compositions in injection molding or compression molding.
SOLUTION: When a molten resin composition is injection-molded using a mold, an insert mold 24 is used which crosses a confluent region 27 where the molten resin compositions flowing in from two different directions join together and protrudes to the lower face side of a cavity 23 from the upper face side and has a fluid control part of a continuous belt shape over the entire width direction. Thus the weldline generated on the obtained molding is split so that it is in the non-adjoining state by controlling the joining of the molten resin compositions with the help of the fluid control part.
