To obtain a molding material free from the problem of the separation of two kinds of mutually incompatible components in processing and having high mechanical strength as an applied layer by constituting the material with an aminocontaining polymer, a specific polymer and a specific compatibilizing agent.
The objective material is produced by including (A) 5-95 pts.wt. of a polymer A containing amino group, (B) 95-5 pts.wt. (A+B is 100 pts.wt.) of a polymer B preferably consisting of a thermoplastic polyester or a fluoropolymer and (C) 1-90 pts.wt. of an (alkyl)acrylic acid ester polymer as a compatibilizing agent. Preferable examples of the component A are polyamide and aminated polyolefin. The component C preferably contains 20-100 wt.% of a compound of the formula I, 0-80 wt.% of a compound of the formula II, 0-30 wt.% of a compound of the formula III and 0-20 wt.% of a compound of the formula IV (the alkyl is methyl, ethyl, etc.; R1 to R5 are each CnH2n+1; (n) is 0-6) as principal components.
