Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the fusion strength between a resin mold for covering a sensor part or an actuator and a cable and the cable to make surely preventable intrusion of water from these interfaces.
SOLUTION: A contracted part 10 is formed in a flow passage for a resin 12 fed at the time of resin molding, in a portion where a cable is to be arranged 5. The resin 12 is compressed thereby in the contracted part 10, and shearing heat is generated to maintain a high temperature of the resin 12. The cable 5 and a housing (resin mold) are surely fused thereby in an area where the contracted part 10 is formed.
