Abstract:
PURPOSE: To coat a foamed material in good effect by a method wherein, in coating the foamed plastic material to an inclined wall of a groove provided to the periphery of a metal disc or a cylinder, a foamable paste is entered in the groove and foamed therein while the disc or the cylinder is rotated.
CONSTITUTION: In coating the foamed plastic material to the outer inclined wall 10 of the groove provided to the outer peripheral of the metal disc or cylinder 11, the foamable plastic paste is entered in the groove and the disc or the cylinder is rotated around a center axis thereof. Then, by synthesizing a centrifugal force and gravity, a foaming agent is transferred to an inclined surface 17 to be coated and foamed and coated by heating.
