Abstract:
To provide an industrially easily operable molding method using a gelatin hydrolysate reduced in allergen property by depolymerizing gelatin that is a natural substance excellent in biological adaptability, and a gelatin hydrolysate molded product prepared by this molding method.
This molding method of gelatin hydrolysate comprising retaining a gelatin hydrolysate solution at a low temperature sufficient for association of the gelatin hydrolysate, and drying it as in the low temperature in the state where it is held in a desired molded shape. This gelatin hydrolysate molded product is produced by this molding method.
