Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a tube bulb capable of obtaining a given shape by suppressing flashes.
SOLUTION: In forming a convex part at a neck part of 31 of the tube bulb, the inside of the tube bulb is depressurized once the neck part 31 id heated. With this, the diameter of the neck part decreases from D1 to D2. Frame bodies 71, 72 are made to face close to the neck part. Here, if the diameter D2 gets smaller than the smallest diameter D3 of the frame bodies 71, 72, flashes are restrained from occurring as the neck part 31 is pinched by the frame bodies 71, 72, however close to the neck part 31 the frame bodies 71, 72 are made to meet close to each other.
