Abstract:

To provide a molding which has a mechanical property suitable for a mechanism element and small environment load, and can be manufactured by a simple and easy processing procedure, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

A molding is composed of a composite material including a resin and cellulose nanofibers in the resin. The molding includes: a core part consisting of a first composite material not including a cellulose nanofiber cluster having a minimum thickness of 1 μm or more; and a surface layer consisting of a second composite material including a cellulose nanofiber cluster having a minimum thickness of 1 μm or more, the surface layer coating a surface of the core part.
