Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for molding multilayers of rubber in which a thin fixing preventive layer can be formed partly on a surface of a rubber vulcanized molded product.
CONSTITUTION: After a rubber material of different material stock-exposed to a thickness of 0.5mm or less is partly adhered to a preformed material of rubber incompletely vulcanized in a mold by using a roller head, it is vulcanized and adhered in the same mold to obtain a multilayer molded product of rubber. This molding method is effective as a method for obtaining a vulcanized molded product of rubber in which a thin fixing preventive layer is formed partly on its surface.
