A flange 3a on the tip of the rising part 3 of the resin molding 1 is molded in advance into a shape to have a hooked engagement in the demolding direction, the mold opening is conducted with the resin molding 1 immediately after the molding left in the cavity block 6 side, and subsequently the resin molding 1 is demolded from the cavity block 6, while being released therefrom, by the thrust movements of each ejector pin 7, 8. At that time, since the flange 3a of the rising part 3 is so engaged as to be hooked in the demolding direction, the mold release of the flange 3a from the cavity block 6 is delayed relatively.
