PURPOSE: To shorten a production time, and to bond a tile positively by a method wherein a thermosetting resin impregnated to a cloth material is cured, the tile is bonded and unified with the cloth material, and a sheet material is manufactured, the sheet material is inserted into a molding die and a resin layer is molded.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of tiles 4 are arranged in a specified pattern. Primer treatment is executed to the rears of the tiles 4 by using silane chemicals. The upper sections of the tiles 4 are covered with a polyester nonwoven fabric as a cloth material 11, and the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with an epoxy resin. The epoxy resin is cured, and the cloth material 1 and the tiles 4 are cemented and unified. The sheet material 10 is received in the bottom force 12a of a molding die 12. A glass mat 13 reinforcing a resin layer molded on the sheet material 10 is covered. A top force 12b is lowered, and the molding die 12 is clamped. A thermosetting resin mainly comprising unsaturated polyester is injected into the molding die 12, and cured and the resin layer is molded.
