Therein, each of the upper mold and the lower mold has: a support surface for supporting the substrate; and a plurality of lens molding parts arranged on the support surface in the same array as the plurality of through-holes in the substrate, each of the plurality of lens molding parts of the lower mold is stored into the through-holes to which the whole of the lens molding parts correspond and the support surface of the lower mold comes into close contact with the edge of each of the plurality of through-holes over the whole periphery.
