Abstract:
To prevent the peeling of an adhesive imparted to an insert member.
The shaping mold 40 has a lower mold 42 having a mold face 52 in which an insert member 38 having the adhesive is set, an upper mold 44 defining a flange molding part 46c corresponding to a flange 36 between the mold face 52 and the upper mold, a flow-in part 50 arranged so as to be opened to the end of a flange molding part 46c at the lower mold 42 side and being an injection port of uncrosslinked rubber to the flange molding part 46c, and a dam 54 located between the insert member 38 set in the mold face 52 and the flow-in part 50 and arranged in the mold face 52.
