Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an inner boot made of merely several components, and a method, for manufacturing the development or blank of the inner boot. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing methods of blank 32 or blank part and the mold part for the inner boot are described. The surface layers 16, 17 positioned between them with a space and the central layer 21 are made of foaming plastic 20, and each of them is adhered by an adhesive to form a sandwich-shaped element. The central layer 21 having an almost uniformed initial thickness is compressed at a thickness thinner than 0.5 mm along at least the circumferential line 31 of the blank 32 of the inner boot part by the action of a pressure and temperature, and the surface layers 16, 17 are held by the foaming plastics 20 at the room temperature in the position in a cutting edge part elongated to the compressed region of the foaming plastics 20.
