Title:
MOLDING PROCESS OF MOLDED OBJECT COMPOSED OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP02190312
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To keep stable feeding, while grobular material is not scattered in molding, and the fluidity in the hopper of a molder is excellent by using the grobular material in which thermoplastic resin component is secondarily coagulated in a specified particle diameter.

CONSTITUTION: A molded object has the sea/island structure wherein thermoplastic resin component is microdispersed like island in the range of the particle diameter of 0.01-10μm in the matrix sea composed of thermoplastic resin component. The powder of the thermoplastic resin component is prepared into the grobular material in which said powder is secondarily coagulated into the particle diameter of 10-1000μm dissociatable by shearing. After said grobular material and the component with relatively low reactivity and relatively high viscosity in the thermoplastic resin components have been microdispersed by applying shearing force and kneading it, the latter material is successively added with time difference to low reactive material and next to high reactive material, and then to high viscous material and next to low viscous material, and further after all components have been kneaded, a mold is filled directly with the kneaded material. The thermoplastic resin component is perfect by cured simultaneously with its solidification. As the thermoplastic resin component, rubber material component is effectively used.
