Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus for woody synthetic resin compositions having fire retardancy which has means of discharging continuously moisture contained in a to-be-processed synthetic resin raw material or deairing the raw material in a die molding device, in a production process for the woody synthetic resin compositions having fire retardancy.SOLUTION: In a molding production apparatus 20 for synthetic resin compositions, there is provided deairing means 26 of deairing water vapor in a part of a molding device 20, in molding a mixed synthetic resin ingredient composed of a gypsum ingredient 3 and a molten synthetic resin ingredient 2, mixed together, by injecting the mixed synthetic resin ingredient into the molding device 20 having an appropriate die to mold into an appropriate shape.
