Abstract:
PURPOSE: To securely prevent a malfunction of release of a foil decorated layer and a base material film at the time of transferring without disturbing excellent moldability in a transfer film used for a molding and simultaneously foil decorating method.
CONSTITUTION: After a non-aqueous thermosetting resin base material sheet is coated with a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin dispersed in a water dispersion emulsion state, it is dried and solidified to form a mold release layer, the surface of the release layer is coated or printed with a transfer film made of paint or ink diluted with an organic solvent, and then the solvent is dried and solidified to form a transfer film.
