To enable molding of deep draws of a double wall structure having a uniformly distributed wall thickness and a sufficient depth, by a simple molding method.
This molding tool is equipped with a top force 2 of a hollow structure of which the lower side is opened in a state wherein two divisible blocks 2a and 2b so provided as to be movable horizontally to come near to/to go away from a parison are joined and with a bottom tool 1 which has a shutter mechanism 17 for fixing the lower end part of the parison, in the central part of the upper end face thereof. The lower end part of the drooping parison is fixed by the shutter mechanism 17 and the following part of the parison is drooped along the lateral side of the bottom tool 1. By joining the blocks 2a and 2b of the top force 2 thereafter, a molding space is formed and the parison is molded therein.
