Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding with an electric connecting part which prevents insulation resistance between metal terminals from becoming deteriorated and can be manufactured with high working efficiency and a molding method.
SOLUTION: This molding with an electric connecting part is a molding obtained by inserting the metal terminals of an electric connecting part 1 and insert-molding the electric connecting part 1 with a synthetic resin. That is, a primary molding into which the metal terminals 4 are inserted is insert-molded in such a manner that the metal terminals 4 are connected by the electric connecting part 1, and a molding is insert-molded by using the primary molding as an insert. Further, an edge part is formed by forming a recessed part 6a at the intermediate position of the connecting part 6 which connects the metal terminals 4.
