Title:
MOLDING WITH POWDER BLUSH-MOLDED SKIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3210898
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding with a powder slush-molded skin which shows a little change in the surface condition due to heat aging, and a little volatilization of a low-molecular weight organic matter to prevent the clouding of glass from occurring, and further, improves the adhesive properties between the skin and a buffer layer or the skin and a core and can be partially or wholly regenerated and reused.
SOLUTION: This molding with a powder slush-molded skin comprises a laminate with a buffer layer 6 interposed between a skin 4 obtained by slush- molding a powder and a core 5 made of a synthetic resin. The skin 4 is formed of at least, a surface layer, which comprises a solid skin obtained by thermally mixing a polypropylene resin, a hydrogenated styrene butadiene rubber, a highly oil-absorbing elastomer, a process oil, a fatty amide and an antiblooming agent and pelletizing the mixture to be pulverized and further, slush-molding this powder.
