Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a molding and working machine in which bending work is performed for a rigid synthetic resin foam plate such as a polystyrene foam plate large in thickness that is effectively used for heat insulating material or the like.
CONSTITUTION: Supporting two rolls 20, 20 are mutually parallel and freely turnably fitted to a mechanical frame 10. A press roll 30 is freely turnably arranged freely movably in the vertical direction in the upper part of the rolls 20, 20 so as to be parallel to the axial lines of the supporting rolls. Furthermore, a tension roll 40 is provided in the lower part of the supporting two rolls so as to have an axial line parallel to the axial lines of the supporting rolls. A flat belt 50 is wound around the supporting rolls 20, 20 and the tension roll 40.
