Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily measure molecular weight distribution of polyetherketone and the like at a low temperature by utilizing a conventional GPC analyzing device as it is without using a solvent such as a sulphuric acid.

CONSTITUTION: In a molecular weight distribution analyzing method for polyetherketone, etc., the polyetherketone, etc., are dissolved in halogen- substituted phenol (pentafluorophenol, etc.) and mixed liquid of halogenated hydrocarbon (chloroform, etc.) with halogen-substituted phenol is adopted as eluant to utilize a gel permeation chromatography.
