Provided are a cuboctahedron such that a solid body is cut around eight corners and triangles formed at this time cross each other at the center part of a ridge, an icosahedron having planes formed on six ridges in the center when the respective surfaces of the cuboctahedron are placed faceup, an icosihexahedron which has 12 cut surfaces formed at right angles to the center of the center part of the ridge, an icosidodecahedron formed by cutting 20 surfaces of a pentagonal dodecahedron at right angles to the center to form trinangular surfaces and crossing them at center parts of ridges, a sphere having a connection hole in the center, and inter-atom levers which have both-end sidess inserted into connection holes provided in normal directions at center parts of respective surfaces of the cuboctahedron, icosahedron, 26-surface, and icosidodecahedron and the connection hole that the sphere has and represents the distance between atoms; and one of the cuboctahedron, icosahedron, icosihexahedron, and icosidodecahedron and the inter-atom lever representing the distance between atoms are connected to represent the molecule structure of a compound in three dimensions.
