Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably and precisely supply the molten magnesium alloy to a diecast machine of cold chamber type.
CONSTITUTION: The supplying amount of the molten metal is precisely regulated by mechanically adjusting the stroke of a piston 20 in a molten metal cylinder 3 dipped in a molten metal tank 2 by a nut 25 and a limit switch 26, and at the same time, the molten metal in the carrying guide tube 30 is prevented from being returned by a rotary valve 7 which is opened/closed in an interlocking manner with the piston 20. In addition, the molten metal within the molten metal tank 2 is sucked into the cylinder 3 by the opening action of a suction valve 10.
