Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a low cost method to produce a molten metal jet nozzle for short time work and a small diameter pipe used for the nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: In the molten metal jet nozzle, which has the crucible part 12 to receive molten metal, and the nozzle part 13, in which interconnecting plural nozzle holes are arranged at an end of the crucible part, plural nozzle holes are arranged with a fixed interval on circle, accordingly, when a molten metal is jetted, the neighboring molten metal jet streams jetted from the plural nozzle holes are adhered among themselves by a Coanda effect generated by each other to form a hollow shape molten metal jet.
