This apparatus is provided with; a molten metal supplying quantity setting part 101 for setting the molten metal to be supplied into the casting device; a tilting angle decision part 102 for deciding the tilting angle θ of the ladle corresponding to the setting molten metal supplying quantity T set with the molten metal quantity setting part 101 based on a prescribed parameter stored in a parameter holding part 104; a measured value inputting part 105 for inputting the measured data of the actual molten metal supplied quantity to one of the setting molten metal supplying quantity; and a parameter correction part 106 for collectively correcting the prescribed parameters based on the measured data to decide new parameters.
